What is the "top-up" migration method? I couldn't find anything about that on the internet nor in my exam study guide..

There is no "top-up". It should be "top-down".

In bottom-up migration all classes and jars get moved to the module-path it''s marked at correct answer. I'm learning from selikoff and boyarsky book and regarding to their figures it is opposite - for Top-Down migration all projects / components get moved to the module path to become automatic modules, then you converting highest-level automatic module to named module and progress with next highest level until you reach bottom.
