Upgrade from java 7 to 11 discontinued?

Hi I understand the upgrade exam is no longer available.. does anyone know what exam I should take instead? I have 7 and I want the most current level please, thanks

The most current level is now OCP Java 17 ( Exam Code 1z0-829). There is no upgrade exam anymore. You can just take this one exam 1Z0-829 and become OCP Java 17 certified professional.
However, this exam has been released only last month, so there are no resources to prepare for it currently.
Alternatively, you can take OCP Java 11 ( Exam code 1Z0-819) and become Java 11 certified.
