believe that studying for a test is very different than just learning a
technology. Of
course, you also learn the technology when you study for the test. But
when you take
the exam, you have to show that you understand what the examiner
expects you to
know about the technology. And that’s what makes studying for
a test a different ball
game altogether. It is not surprising that even people with many years

sometimes fail the tests."
