I think the option "catch and finally blocks are executed after the resources opened in the try blocks are closed." is complex and hard to understand question. I think it would be better phrase it "the resources that are opened in the try block are closed before the catch and finally blocks are executed".
However I believe it was phrased intentionally since it is grammatically correct.
Are there vague sentences like this in the exam?
