If you have downloaded a full version of an ETS Question Bank, ETS Viewer will
require a license key to open it. Although, the easiest way to get the license is to let ETS Viewer download the license automatically, you can get it manually as well. Please send a plain text email to getlicense@enthuware.com (Click on this to open your Outlook or Thunderbird with appropriate template) in the following format: Subject should be: ETS License Request Message Body should be: OrderId=your_orderid (This is not same as Tracking ID. OrderId looks like : 10222005-23323-1231 or MANUAL-102220051 ) EMail=emailid_that_you_gave_while_ordering Name=Name is required for Trial Licenses The license key will be emailed to the Email that you gave while ordering as well as to the emailid through which you send the license request. If the emailid through which you are sending the license request is same as the one you gave in your order, you may omit the E-mail field. The following image shows an example:  |
